Driving Commercial Banking fulfilment
NatWest Commercial Banking faced an ongoing challenge to digitise their suite of business products traditionally offered through physical channels to serve customers better and faster with less friction across key processes. Specifically the objective was to look at a vast range of products in Trade Finance, Invoice & Asset Finance, Treasury Management, Online Banking and Liquidity Management to create a framework for online fulfilment.
Creating an online onboarding platform
In order to keep pace with the ongoing rise in new and fully digital SME services available in the UK market; TSB wanted to establish a completely online SME account opening process that would collect data, verify single-party and multi-party accounts and fulfil the account appropriately with the operations centre.
